My name is Anikó Mag.
I am an integrally informed individual counsellor and mental health advocate from Hungary, living in Germany as an expat.
Besides my passion for mental health, I also have an MA in English Language and Literature and a Master's Degree in Marketing.
I graduated from Integral Academy in Budapest, Hungary in 2015 and work in private practice since 2014.
In 2024 I have earned my Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP) title and incorporate this body-based modality in my work as well.
I am in training with Ildikó Pusztai MD, PhD in the method of family- and system constellation (2020-2024).
I have worked in very different areas - from marketing to working for an NGO, from organizing international conferences to teaching English for kids, yet, in all of this my main interest was: how do we humans work on the inside?
This interest and a personal crisis led me to my own inner journey, igniting the desire to help others on their own path.
This desire was the birth of You are enough.
